The proposed system aims to inventory state assets and property and protect them from infringement by building a database central authority in the Administrative Control Authority that includes all the data of the state’s assets, and the state bodies to which the assets are affiliated are linked to a center Administrative control authority information through a secure electronic network to facilitate the exchange of data and information and simplify procedures Recording and reviewing asset data.
